Mystic Tarot Terms of Service
1. Service Provider and Contact
The service provider and seller of digital services is Crystal Processing Karol Mróz, ul. 3-go Maja 40 lok. 25, 07-300 Ostrów Mazowiecka, NIP: 7591754851, REGON: 521179100. Contact email: kontakt@mystic-tarot.pl.
The service is available at https://mystic-tarot.pl and lets users create a free tarot card spread and order a paid digital online interpretation.
Contact regarding orders, complaints, personal data, and account operation is handled through the contact email above.
2. Definitions
User means a person using the service. Consumer means a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Interpretation means individually generated digital content about the selected tarot spread, prepared automatically with an AI system based on the user's question or intention and selected cards.
Account means an optional user account that gives access to the history of spreads linked to an email address.
3. Nature of the Service
Mystic Tarot is an entertainment, reflection, and personal development service. Its content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.
The user makes decisions independently. For health, safety, legal, financial, or mental crisis matters, the user should contact a qualified professional or the appropriate services.
The service does not guarantee specific events, life outcomes, or the accuracy of predictions. The interpretation is a symbolic analysis of a tarot spread.
4. Technical Requirements
Using the service requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser, an active email address, and enabled necessary cookies and JavaScript.
Payment may require redirection to Stripe and meeting the requirements of the user's bank or payment-method provider, such as BLIK, payment card, or Przelewy24.
The user should protect account login details and not share them with third parties.
5. Free Spread and Ordering an Interpretation
The user may select three tarot cards for free and see the basic spread. The free spread does not include the full interpretation.
Ordering a paid interpretation requires selecting cards, entering an email address, accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy, and completing payment.
The full interpretation costs PLN 19.90 gross unless the checkout screen shows a different price at the time of ordering.
6. Payments and Delivery of the Digital Service
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods may include payment card, BLIK, and Przelewy24 depending on operator availability and the user's country.
After successful payment, the service starts generating the interpretation. The interpretation is made available online on the reading page and sent to the provided email address, provided email delivery works correctly.
Confirmation of the contract, provider details, order identifier, and access to the interpretation are sent to the provided email address.
7. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The interpretation is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If the user consents to immediate delivery before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right after delivery, the withdrawal right expires after the interpretation has been fully delivered.
Until generation or delivery starts, the consumer may submit a withdrawal statement by email. If the service has not been performed, the payment will be refunded using the same method unless the parties agree otherwise.
Example statement: "I withdraw from the contract for the Mystic Tarot interpretation. Order email: [...]. Order date: [...]. Name and surname, if provided: [...]."
8. Complaints and Conformity of the Service
Complaints may be submitted to the provider's email. It is helpful to include the order email, spread or payment identifier, order date, and a description of the problem.
The provider replies to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Failure to reply within this period in relation to a consumer means acceptance of the complaint to the extent required by law.
If the interpretation was not delivered, is technically unavailable, or clearly does not match the order, the user may request that the service be brought into conformity with the contract, redelivery, price reduction, or refund in accordance with digital service and digital content rules.
9. User Account
Creating an account is voluntary and is not required to place an order. The account makes it easier to access the history of paid readings.
The user may request account deletion by email. Deleting the account does not remove data that the provider must keep for legal, complaint, tax, accounting, security, or claims-related reasons.
10. Rules of Use
The service may not be used in a way that violates law, the rights of others, service security, or accepted standards, including attempts to bypass protections, automated abuse of forms, or impersonation.
The user should not submit special-category data, third-party data without a legal basis, or unlawful content in the question field.
The provider may temporarily limit access to the service in the event of maintenance, failure, security threats, or abuse.
11. Intellectual Property
Service elements, including design, text, graphics, code, marks, and page layout, are protected by copyright or other rights.
The user may use the received interpretation for personal purposes. Commercial copying, bulk downloading, or publishing service elements requires the provider's consent.
12. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie rules are described in the Cookie Policy.
The user should read these documents before placing an order.
13. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use consumer ombudsmen, consumer organizations, and authorized ADR entities.
Information on consumer rights and amicable dispute-resolution methods is available on consumer-protection authority websites. The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so these Terms do not direct complaints through that platform.
14. Changes to the Terms
The provider may change the Terms for important reasons such as changes in law, service functionality, technical providers, security improvements, or clarification of rules.
Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of ordering, unless the change benefits the user or is required by mandatory law.
